Govt makes ID confirmation obligatory for modern importers, exporters

The government of India has made it obligatory for new importers, exporters, and customs brokers to confirm their identity beneath the Customs (Confirmation of Character and Compliance) Controls, 2021. This incorporates confirmation of consolidation document, Pan, Aadhaar, and place of business.
